Zumba Gold in Eldersburg Offers Fitness for Everyone

Zumba Gold kicks off at , making the high energy fitness program available to those looking for wellness at work.

"Offering these types of on-site programs is a great way to offer wellness to those who might not be able to work it into their schedule, as convenience is key to a fitness program's long-term success," Cox said. 

Zumba Gold is a dance-inspired group fitness party with international rhythms tailored for the beginner. 

The session starts on April 12 from 4:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., runs for eight weeks and costs $59.
