Carroll County Sheriff's Office Releases Photos of 7-Eleven Robbery Suspect

The robbery occurred on Dec. 23 in Finksburg.

The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office released photos to help find information about a man who robbed the 7-Eleven convenience store in Finksburg on Dec. 23.

The suspect fled the scene of the convenience store located in the 2100 block of Sandymount Road in Finksburg in December with an undisclosed amount of money, according to a press release. 

The suspect, described as an approximately 6-foot tall black male of medium build entered the convenience store just after 7 p.m. wearing a dark colored ski mask, dark jacket, dark pants and white tennis shoes, according to the Sheriff's Office.

With his hands covered by dark gloves, the suspect leaned across the counter and pointed, demanding money.  Feeling threatened, the cashier provided the suspect with cash from the register. 

No one was injured during the robbery and the suspect remains at large. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Detective Corporal Mark Devilbiss at 410-386-2577, or the toll free anonymous TIPS Hotline at 1-888-399-TIPP (8477).
