Formal charges were pending.

Just after 2 a.m. Wednesday, Carroll County sheriff's deputies and Maryland state troopers responded to 911 calls reporting a fight at a residence in the 2100 block of Spencer Lane in Finksburg.

Kyle Hayden Perkey, 26, of Westminster, was taken into custody and is being held at the Carroll County Detention Center on an unrelated Parole Retake Warrant.

The sheriff’s office said Perkey, a guest in the home, became intoxicated and argumentative and was forced to leave.
