More Than $26,000 Worth of Valuables Stolen From Carroll County Home

The intruders are still on the loose.

Carroll County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for intruders who forced entry into a Finksburg home, stealing more than $26,000 worth of valuables, according to a press release.

Around 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 6, Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported burglary at a home located in the 3300 bloack of Old Gamber Road in Finksburg.

The homeowner had just returned from work and left the residence locked early Tuesday morning, according to the release.

The initial investigation revealed that intruders forced entry into the home through a door.

The investigation continues and the Sheriff's Office encourages anyone with information about this incident to contact the Criminal Investigations Unit at 410-386-2900, or the toll free anonymous TIPS Hotline at 1-888-399-TIPP (8477).
