Police Investigating Carroll County Golf Course Vandalism

The Wakefield Valley Golf Club was vandalized Aug. 5, according to police.

Westminster Police are asking for help in finding the individuals responsible for more than $2,000 in damage at the Wakefield Valley Golf Club in the 1000 block of Fenby Farm Road, according to a press release. 

During the overnight hours of Friday, Aug. 5, into Saturday, several golf holes were damaged bordering Bell Road, including the destruction of several ball washers, the theft of golf flags and the scattering the trash from several trash cans, according to the release. 

A $200 cash reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for the damage, according to police.
