County Offices Closed in observance of President’s Day. 

Tuesday, Feb. 21

9:00 a.m.: Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting at the County Office Building, room 003. Commissioners Rothschild and Frazier will be in attendance.

6:30 p.m.: Questions and Answers with Commissioner Shoemaker at the North Carroll Branch Public Library. 

Wednesday, Feb. 22

10:00 a.m.: Maryland Association of Counties Legislative Committee Meeting in Annapolis. Commissioners Rothschild and Frazier will be in attendance.

1:00 p.m.: Carroll County Board of Education Meeting in Westminster. Commissioner Howard will be in attendance. 

Thursday, Feb. 23

8:00 a.m.: Economic Development Commission Meeting at the County Office Building, room 105. Commissioners Howard and Roush will be in attendance.

10:00 a.m.: Board of County Commissioners Open Session at the County Office Building, room 311. Agenda items include:
