7 p.m. Solid Waste Needs Forum at Carroll Community College in Building K, Room 100, Commissioners Howard, Rothschild, Roush, Frazier, and Shoemaker will be in attendance. 

Wednesday, Feb. 29

10 a.m. Maryland Association of Counties Legislative Committee Meeting in Annapolis. Commissioners Rothschild and Frazier will be in attendance.

11 a.m. Celebrating America Task Force Meeting at the County Office Building in Room 105. Commissioner Howard will be in attendance. 

3 p.m. Commissioner Howard visits Eldersburg Elementary School. 

Thursday, March 1 

8 a.m. Carroll County Agribusiness Breakfast Meeting at Baugher’s Restaurant in Westminster. Commissioner Frazier will be in attendance. 

10 a.m. Board of County Commissioners Open Session at the County Office Building Room 311. Agenda items include:
