Carroll County Commissioner Radio Address: Week of Dec. 4
The weekly message is on the county's web site and broadcast every Sunday morning.
In the above audio clip posted on the Carroll County Government website, Commissioner Howard takes to the mic in the weekly address broadcast on Sunday mornings.
Commissioner Howard, District 5, talks about the Carroll County Christmas Tree lighting and the upcoming one-year anniversary of the board.
"We appreciate your patience as we went through a pretty steep learning curve and also your openness as we try to bring some new ideas to government and some new ideas to individual areas," said Howard about the one-year anniversary of the Carroll County Board of Commissioners during his radio address.

Commissioner Haven Shoemaker, District 2, will give the address on this Sunday's edition of "The Commissioners’ Report" on WTTR.
