3:15 p.m. ~ Case ZA-1339 for a variance to exceed the allowable 500 sq. ft. for a home occupation, at 2121 Don Avenue, Westminster, MD, in Election District 04, by Gregory O. Bromwell, according to the Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances, Chapters 223-64 (B) and 223.181.
