County Public Hearing: Proposed Amendments to Chapter 44, Pensions and Retirement
The Carroll County Board of Commissioners will host a public hearing on Nov. 14.
The Commissioners of Carroll County will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 10 a.m., in Room 311 of the Carroll County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, to hear public comments on proposed amendments to Chapter 44, Pensions and Retirement.
Community feedback will be heard regarding the County's Retirement Savings and Investment Plan (“401k Plan”); Deferred Compensation Plan and Trust (“457 Plan”); Carroll County Pension Plan (“County Pension Plan”); and Law Officers’ Pension Plan (“Law Officers Plan”).
Copies of the proposal will be made available on the County’s website (ccgovernment.carr.org).
