A meeting to discuss bicycle paths and walking trails in the Freedom Area will be held Jan. 19 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the South Carroll Senior Center.
Commissioner Doug Howard, District 5, will develop a list of desires and concerns related to the trail and form a citizen working group to work with the county and state agencies through the process.
