• 2:30 p.m. ~ Case ZA-1320 for a variance from the minimum required side yard setback of 20 feet to 16 feet, to attach a shed to an existing garage, at 1124 Cherrytown Road, Westminster, MD, in Election District 03, by D.L. • 2:45 p.m.: Case ZA-1321 for a variance from the minimum required side yard setback of 50 feet to 15 feet, and a variance from the minimum required front yard setback of 50 feet to 35 feet for a pole building, at 2020 Emory Road, Reisterstown, MD, in Election District 04, by Hugh Cornett, according to the Carroll County Code of Public Local Laws and Ordinances, Chapters 223-37 and 223-181.
