Wreaths Across America

Carroll County Recreation and Parks is sponsoring a trip to Arlington Cemetery where participants assist in  an annual volunteer event to place 10,000 wreaths on the graves. Upon completing the project the bus will depart for a visit to Union Station. Students can receive Community Service hours for this project. Bus departs from the Carroll County Office Building.
