Liberty Hosts Tournament of Bands Chapter 5 Championships
The tournament hits the Liberty High School field in Eldersburg Saturday.
hosts the Tournament of Bands Chapter 5 Championships Saturday with 17 bands from Central and Western Maryland and Northwest Virginia confirmed to compete for a spot as the best band on the Atlantic Coast.
The first band hits the field at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22 at Liberty High in Eldersburg and Patch will be there to capture all the action.

Liberty had their highest total of the season at 87.50 in Group 2 open at the tournament on Oct. 15. They also had the highest score of the night out of the 12 bands that took the field in addition to taking honors in percussion, auxiliary, drum major, visual and music.
