Weather Closes, Delays Carroll Area Schools Monday
Carroll County Public Schools are closed Monday.
Carroll County Public Schools are closed Monday, Dec. 9 due to weather, according to an email alert sent from CCPS at 7:46 p.m. Sunday.
McDaniel College will open at 10 a.m.
Carroll Community College will open at noon.
