The first storm of 2014 brought with it snow, frigid temperatures and wind gusts. Following are closings and delays for Friday, Jan. 3.
- Carroll County Public Schools closed. Central Office opening at 10 a.m.
- Carroll County government opening at noon.
- McDaniel College will open at noon.
- Human Service Programs will open at noon.
- Carroll Area Transit System (CATS) closed.
- Carroll County District Court 2-hour delay.
- Carroll County Senior and Community Centers opening at noon.
