Dance to the Hits! - A fun-filled, heart pumpin', fat burnin', non-stop workout. After the warm up, you will learn and practice choreography for three to four, sometimes more, different top 40 songs from today and yesterday to burn calories, engage your mind and lift your spirits. Then work your way into a metabolism-boosting strength and stretch segment. All with vetran instructor Jodie Reeves. Monday and Wednesday, 9:15 AM.
