Flirty Girl Fitness is a fun, fabulous, fitness program designed for women, by women. A little flirty, but never dirty; our Flirty Girl fitness class avoids complicated choreography and focuses on fun and easy to follow moves that will allow you to unleash your inner “diva,” and build confidence; regardless of age, size or cultural background.
Age 18 up, ladies only.
$10 advance for all, non-members welcome -- advance registration deadline ($10 rate) Thursday, April 14.
