Help fight women’s number one killer - heart disease and “Party Hearty,” at this Zumba and Zumba Toning party Friday, February 18, 7-9 PM with Tracy Baskerville and Breanna Shumpert at Freedom Fitness (6400 Ridge Road, Eldersburg - next to the Kmart).
Bring your Zumba Toning Sticks if you have them. Limited number available for use.
Free babysitting for registered participants. Advance registration, $7 for members; $10 door. All proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association.
