Tuesday and Thursday Step Blast

Step Blast - Be prepared to blast some fat!  This motivating class will keep you moving until the very end.  This high-energy class can be high or low impact; it is up to you.  Tuesday and Thursday, 9:15 AM; Monday and Wednesday, 7 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM. Add some more weight-training to your workout, all five of these classes are followed by our group weight-training class Muscle Pump at Freedom Fitness.
