JACT Sports Complex in Eldersburg Open and Ready For Action

The new complex offers local athletes a chance to play sports year round.

The Eldersburg sports scene has a new player. JACT Sports Complex has now opened it's doors to the community.

"We just got the building a week ago and have had people using it as is," said owner Tom Brown, Jr. "We have some inflatables up, Goals, outdoor fields, Conditioning turf, batting tunnels."

The complex is part of the former Londontown Fog building at 1332 Londontown Blvd.

Brown said the complex plans to have:

  • 4-7 35’-70’ Batting/pitching tunnels, each with speedometer, ball bag, mound, backstop, pitching machine, and a batter's mat.
  • A play zone including inflatables and kid's activities.
  • Two 40x120 turfed and walled fields.
  • A futsal Court.
  • 40x80 basketball/volleyball/misc. court.

Sports are also available in leagues, tournaments and instructors. You can also have birthday parties at the complex and there is a big screen and lounge area for parents. Movie evenings are also planned.

If the weather is nice, there are also lighted outdoor fields.

Teams are currently using the complex from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Some of the sports available are soccer, basketball, lacrosse, field hockey, volleyball, flag football, dodge ball, bocce ball, Frisbee and whiffle ball.
