A family member was a patient of Emmanuel John- he took co-pays even though unbeknownst to me, as of July, 2010 nationally it is illegal to accept co-pays for this type of visit. When I found out from my insurance company that it was illegal to accept co-pays, I asked Emmanuel John for my money back and he refused-this guy will steal your money and tell you to kiss off. If I could give this guy a no star rating, I would.
