Not a happy patient. Billed once for services not authorized and most recently for a service caused by a cleaning. (My filling, not loose before I walked in pulled out during cleaning.) Have called and written for over 4 months for an outstanding balance for a filling pulled out during a cleaning. Finally got the office manager on the phone. I again stated my case and the response ends up to be that a Dr. who is not local, not seen my X-rays has decided that decay caused the filling to be pulled out. Bottom line - no compromise no discussion. FYI- I have never from my dentist or the hygienst who pulled the filling out (even after 4 months of calls). I have no choice to but pay to keep my credit rating - but beware...... patient never appears to be right here and compromise is not even considerrred. Money is the mission statement, patient care (I never did get the rest of checkup) not at all. Joining my friends and going elsewhere.

When it was Family Dental, it truly was family oriented. Fusion Dental reminds me of big business, just interested in bottom line of profit and not the patient. As stated by other former patient will be looking for another local dentist and getting away from big corp.
