Carroll Community College Students Receive National Recognition
Two students receive accolades for excellence in academics.
Carroll Community College President Dr. Faye Pappalardo is proud to announce that graduating students Luke Fisher and Eileen Rudnick have been selected for national awards. Fisher was selected as a member of the 2012 All-USA Community College Academic Team. Only 20 students from more than 1,700 nominations around the country were selected for this prestigious honor. The All-USA Community College Academic Team is presented by USA Today and Phi Theta Kappa national honor society. The award is a $2,500 scholarship and special medallion. Rudnick was selected as a 2012 Coca-Cola Community College Academic Team Bronze Scholar.
