Eldersburg Man Earns McDonald's 'Crew Person of the Year' Award
Charlie Miller was selected to receive the award out of 35,000 crew employees in the region.
"This award means that I have been recognized for providing quality service with cleanliness and value above and beyond what was expected of me. I have made an effort to be the best employee of McDonalds of Eldersburg I can be, An effort which has been recognized by my employer, who nominated me for this award. As to where my work ethic comes from, that would be my dad and granddad. I grew up with individuals who would never call out, and would work until the job was done, regardless of how long it took. I can remember being with dad as he worked in his office until late because he had a bid due, and if it wasn't done the company wouldn't get the job, yet he wanted to spend time with me too."
