The Green Terror's new soccer coach played for Carlisle United FC in the English Professional Soccer League.

Stephen Corrieri has been named McDaniel College's head men's soccer coach. "As we conducted this search, Stephen stood out to us as someone with an excellent soccer background," McDaniel Director of Athletics Paul Moyer said. "He has been a part of programs that have had a great deal of success and we are confident he can do the same thing with our team." Corrieri has spent the last six seasons as an assistant coach at York (Pa.). During his tenure on staff, the Spartans have been consistently ranked among the top teams in Division III. In his first year on the sidelines, the squad advanced to the quarterfinals of the NCAA tournament. York won the Capital Athletic Conference in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and advanced to the NCAA tournament…

Construction on the Kenneth R. Gill Stadium will not be complete but spectators can use parts of the new grandstand.
With construction still being completed on Kenneth R. Gill ’61 Stadium, McDaniel has announced some special considerations for fans attending this Saturday’s home football game against Muhlenberg. There will be access to the new grandstand, where limited seating will be available, via the sidewalk on the south side (scoreboard end) of the field. All spectators interested in entering the bowl for tailgating must enter through the new Main Street entrance and proceed to the stadium loop as always, following parking instructions. The new visual identity will replace the previous design from 1994.
McDaniel College announces a new visual identity for Green Terror Athletics to be unveiled for the 2012-13 academic year. This new identity replaces the previous Green Terror design, created in 1994, and consists of an updated package with a variety of graphic options to represent the teams and programs within the department. Along with the wordmark, a new Green Terror mascot character has been created. The character was specifically designed to keep with the tradition of the Green Terror as a concept. Each of McDaniel’s 24 varsity sports will also have a sport-specific mark. Sandra Lagana grew up in Sykesville and was recently named the McDaniel women's soccer team coach.
McDaniel College Athletics Director Paul Moyer announced the selection of Sandra Lagana from Sykesville as the new women's soccer coach for the Green Terror, according to a news release on the McDaniel Athletics website. Lagana grew up in Sykesville and graduated as Class Valedictorian from South Carroll High School in 2000. She then went on to play soccer and lacrosse at Bridgewater College in Virginia, graduating in 2004 with a degree in communication studies. Lagana served as the head women's soccer at Ferrum College since 2007, spending the last five seasons building the Panthers program into a playoff contender in the USA South Athletic Conference, according to the release.
